Job summary

Kirk NationaLease is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic for our Marion, OH shop. You will perform scheduled maintenance and moderate diesel repairs, using diagnostic equipment to keep brakes, clutches, wheel seals, and related systems in top condition.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20–$35, weekly pay, and bonuses including sign-on, referral, and a monthly program, plus ASE certification support and full benefits. A clean driving record and personal tools are required.

Qualifications

2+ years diesel mechanic experience required.
2+ yearstrailer repairpreferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Experience with diagnostic equipment.
Personal tools required.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and light–moderate diesel repairs.
Diagnose and repair brakes, clutches, wheel seals, and other systems.
Conduct DOT inspections and ensure safety compliance.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
