Kirk NationaLease in Plymouth, IN is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic for our full-service shop. You will perform diesel and trailer repairs, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance in a fast-paced, safety‑minded environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of diesel mechanic and trailer repair experience, own the necessary tools, hold a valid driver’s license, and are ready to work the second shift with a strong mechanical aptitude.

• 5+ years trailer repair required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with diagnostic equipment.
• Personal tools required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and light–moderate diesel repairs.
• Diagnose and repair brakes, clutches, wheel seals, and other systems.
• Conduct DOT inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
