Job summary

I-State Truck Center in Bismarck, ND is hiring Diesel Technicians, Truck Technicians, Lube Technicians and entry-level Mechanics to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks. We offer paid training, formal OEM certifications, and clear opportunities for career advancement in a stable, team-focused shop.

Join a modern facility with Monday–Friday schedules, rotating Saturdays, and in-house instructors. CDL is a plus and driver’s license is required for applicants. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus).
• Entry-level to experienced technicians welcome.
• Experience in diesel or automotive repair is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks, diesel engines, and related components
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and basic repair work
• Complete repair documentation and communicate effectively with service and parts personnel
• Follow established safety procedures and quality standards
• Work on industry-leading products including Freightliner Trucks, Western Star Trucks, Thomas Built Buses, Detroit Engines, Cummins Engines

I-State Truck Center is now hiring Diesel Technicians, Truck Technicians, Automotive Technicians, Lube Technicians, and Entry-Level Mechanics at our Bismarck, North Dakota location.
