D2B Groups is seeking experienced Service Technicians in Washington state to perform preventive and emergency maintenance, startups, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial generators and related equipment. You will be the primary contact for field support, advising on parts and service levels, while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and a solid understanding of switchgear, with occasional overnight travel for after-hours

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Generator service experience in commercial/industrial standby power.
• Certification/training in power generation (e.g. Generac Master Technician) is a strong plus.
• Solid knowledge of switchgear.
• Positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to read/interpret safety rules, manuals, and technical docs; write routine reports.
• Intermediate MS Office; good organizational and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance, emergency maintenance, startup, troubleshooting, and repair of generators and related equipment.
• Serve as first point of contact for phone and field support—troubleshooting, emergency repair assistance, and parts delivery.
• Make pre-startup site visits to advise and assist installing contractors.
• Provide customer-focused support to improve relationships and resolve concerns.
• Lead and support safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Support quality control programs and proper documentation of service work.
• Advise on time and materials needed for various service levels.
• Provide after-hours emergency response support as needed (occasional overnight travel).
