C&K Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Mechanic to maintain our fleet of diesel trucks and heavy equipment. You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to keep our machinery safe and productive.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on experience with heavy-duty repair, strong diagnostic abilities, and a willingness to obtain CDL A/B if not already held. Expect overtime and on-call shifts as needed, with year-round, hands-on work in a dynamic fleet environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with heavy-duty truck or equipment repair.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• CDL Class A or B is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Available for overtime and on-call shifts as needed.
• Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and safety protocols preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs on diesel trucks and trailers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot engine, transmission, brake, and electrical systems.
• Conduct DOT inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety and compliance standards.
• Identify issues and complete repairs.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair needs with supervisors.
• Support field operations with mobile repairs when needed.
• Assist mechanics at other company locations as needed to support fleet operations
