Job summary

C&K Industrial Services is seeking a Fleet Mechanic to maintain our fleet of diesel trucks and heavy equipment. You will perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs to keep our fleet safe and reliable.

Expect hands-on work, lifting up to 50 lbs, and potential overtime. CDL class A or B is preferred, or willingness to obtain. This role requires 2+ years of relevant experience and a strong mechanical mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with heavy-duty truck or equipment repair.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• CDL Class A or B is a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs on diesel trucks and trailers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot engine, transmission, brake, and electrical systems.
• Conduct DOT inspections and ensure vehicles meet all safety and compliance standards.
• Identify issues and complete repairs.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair needs with supervisors.
• Support field operations with mobile repairs when needed.
• Assist mechanics at other company locations as needed to support fleet operations.

Salary Information
