Sysco is hiring a fleet maintenance technician in Cincinnati to provide safe, reliable vehicle maintenance and expert diagnosis. The role focuses on preventive inspections, quality repairs, and efficient repairs to minimize downtime and extend fleet life.

You will handle vehicle diagnostics, electrical systems, and complex repairs, with a 2:30 PM–11:00 PM shift and a $1/hr shift differential. Annual tool allowance and performance-based bonuses are included.

Qualificações

• Requires medium/heavy-duty truck tech training and a HS diploma or GED.
• 2-year program plus 1 year experience or 3 years fleet maintenance experience.
• ASE certifications preferred but not required; 609 HVAC certification listed.

Responsabilidades

• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance within planned tolerances to maximize safety and reliability.
• Conduct annual inspections (FAI/CVI) on all fleet vehicles per regulations.
• Perform quality maintenance repairs on tractors, trailers, and related equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctions and repair per manufacturer specs (engine, trans, driveline, brakes, HVAC, etc.).
• Document all work on work orders and use Sysco computer programs.
• Learn and use Sysco diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Proficient in electrical meter testing and DC low voltage controls.
