Sysco Boston is seeking a Diesel Fleet Mechanic Technician I to provide reliable and cost-efficient vehicle maintenance. The technician will assist in preventive maintenance inspections and repairs under guidance, ensuring maximum vehicle safety and reliability.

This full-time position offers training opportunities and a competitive compensation range of $21.49 - $32.26 per hour, with additional perks like a sign-on bonus and tool allowance.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Technicians must own and provide all necessary tools.

Responsabilités

• Assist Fleet Technicians with preventive maintenance inspections.
• Perform FAI/CVI inspections on fleet vehicles.
• Learn and develop efficiency in Sysco computer programs.

Connaissances

Basic knowledge and skill of all vehicle systems and components

Basic knowledge and skill in diagnosis and repair of electrical systems

Basic computer skills

Formation

High school diploma or equivalent

Medium/Heavy Duty truck technical training 2-year school
