Amerit Fleet Solutions in Bloomington, CA is seeking a skilled Diesel Technician/Mechanic with 5+ years of hands-on experience in diesel maintenance. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on medium- to heavy-duty fleet vehicles, perform preventive maintenance, and document repairs.

Strong teamwork, safety awareness, and tool ownership are essential. Compensation is $30.00-$32.00 per hour, weekly pay, with full benefits within 30 days and a graveyard schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on diesel vehicle maintenance and repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Own and maintain personal tools.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to meet physical demands and pass screenings including DOT when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on medium- to heavy-duty Tractor or Trailer fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards.
• Document repairs and complete work orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support fleet operations.
