Strong teamwork, safety awareness, and tool ownership are essential. Compensation is $30.00-$32.00 per hour, weekly pay, with full benefits within 30 days and a graveyard schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on diesel vehicle maintenance and repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Own and maintain personal tools.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to meet physical demands and pass screenings including DOT when required.

Pay & Schedule

Pay $30.00 - $32.00/hour (based on experience)

Pay Frequency Weekly pay - every Friday

Schedule Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 pm - 5:30 am

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ of hands‑on experience performing diesel vehicle maintenance and repairs - Cummins, Detroit or Trailers
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to own and maintain the personal tools and toolbox required for the role
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness and ability to meet the physical demands of the position (detailed below)
• Must be eligible to pass standard pre-employment screenings, including drug screen and DOT physical (if required)

Working Conditions

This role involves working in a mobile and or shop environment that may include exposure to dust, diesel fumes, noise, and mechanical irritants such as oils and greases. Technicians must be able to perform essential functions that include lifting heavy objects, accessing tight spaces, and bending, stooping, crouching, or crawling as needed to complete repairs.
