Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience performing diesel and gas vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to own and maintain personal tools and toolbox
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to meet physical demands of the role
• DOT physical if required for the role

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on medium to heavy duty fleet vehicles
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• Conduct safety and compliance inspections
• Document repairs and complete work orders accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and tools
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support fleet operations
• Travel and support Mobile Service Center trucks during non-travel weeks
