CicKo Transportation (/sis-koh/) is an elite trucking company specializing in oversized, overweight, and non-standard hauling needs. Headquartered just outside Pittsburgh, we are known for transporting heavy equipment, oil and gas rigging, intermodal and dirt moving machines, cranes, storage tanks, and more. We are seeking a full-time, entry-level day shift Diesel Fleet Mechanic for our transportation group, CICKO Transportation. This is a great opportunity to build your mechanical skills in a supportive environment with growth potential.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine preventative maintenance on trucks and trailers
2. Perform minor repairs on trucks and trailers
3. Diagnose and repair wiring for lights
4. Fix air leaks in braking systems
5. Replace brake components including drums
6. Change and rotate tires as needed
7. Move trailers around the lot safely and efficiently
8. Shuttle vehicles to and from dealerships or service locations
9. Wash and detail trucks and trailers
10. Maintain a clean and organized shop environment

Requirements:

1. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
2. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
3. Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus but not required)
4. Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
5. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
6. Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
7. Previous experience in a shop or with vehicle maintenance is a plus, but not required
