Laborde Products is seeking experienced Field Service Technicians to join our team. If you know diesel engines, take pride in quality work, and want a long-term opportunity with a growing company, we’d like to talk to you.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair marine and industrial diesel engines and equipment while working in the field and with customers. You will read manuals and schematics, perform maintenance, and carry out engine rebuilds as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional diesel technician experience.
• Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Engine rebuild experience highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing diesel engine problems
• Performing maintenance, repairs, and major engine work
• Completing engine rebuilds based on experience
• Reading service manuals, schematics, and technical documentation
• Performing field service and supporting customers
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and your assigned service vehicle
