Custom Truck One Source is seeking a Field Service Mechanic (Diesel, Utility Equipment) near Orlando, FL. The role involves diagnosing, repairing and maintaining highly specialized truck-mounted equipment at customer sites, with some shop support.

You will use diagnostic tools and read schematics to ensure uptime. The position requires 5+ years’ experience, a valid CDL preferred, and you will bring your own tools while the company provides the rest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of related field or shop experience.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL Class B preferred.
• Must provide own mechanic tools.
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain bucket trucks and aerial devices.
• Diagnose issues on truck-mounted cranes, digger derricks, and hydraulic equipment.
• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and on-site diagnostics.
• Read manuals, schematics, and repair orders; document work.
• Travel within and beyond the assigned territory as needed.
