United Rentals in Forest Park, GA is hiring a Diesel Mechanic (Service Tech II) to perform maintenance, preventive maintenance and repairs on rental equipment. You will document work orders, demonstrate equipment to customers, and assist with equipment and parts delivery while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and 1–2 years of repair experience or trade school.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• 1–2 years of experience repairing/maintaining vehicles and equipment or trade school graduate.
• Must own tools applicable to position.
• Basic understanding of schematics and diagrams from the ad.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance, preventive maintenance and repair of rental equipment and tools involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed on a daily basis.
• Demonstrate a wide array of complex equipment for customers.
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
