Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Technician I to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a range of equipment, including aerial work platforms, pumps, and HVAC gear. You’ll build skills across models and work with a safety-focused team to minimize downtime on jobsites.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of technician experience with diesel equipment, heavy machinery, or specialty lines, with bilingual abilities a plus depending on location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 1 to 3 years of Technician experience with diesel equipment or heavy construction equipment preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment to minimize downtime.
• Work on a variety of makes, models and equipment including aerial work platforms and generators.
• Operate in a safety-focused environment with flexible priorities.
