Job summary

Bobcat Columbia is seeking a Diesel Technician to join our team. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing Bobcat compact equipment, performing maintenance, and ensuring excellent customer service. A strong mechanical background and experience with diesel systems are required.

We offer a 7am-4pm schedule, Monday through Friday, with a $25.00-$33.00 per hour DOE plus an efficiency bonus and benefits. Join a respected team committed to quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in heavy equipment service operations (skid steers, excavators).
• Strong mechanical background with diagnostics, diesel mechanics, hydraulics and electrical skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to stay calm under pressure with good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily equipment and preventative maintenance inspections.
• Diagnose and repair major systems on compact equipment, focusing on Bobcat line.
• Perform system rebuilds and overhauls; collaborate with Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental.
