Titan Machinery in Grundy Center, IA is looking for a Case IH Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel machinery per manufacturer specs. You will deliver high-quality service with accuracy and efficiency, supporting the service team and customers.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience or an associate degree in Diesel Equipment Technology, travel to offsite trainings as needed, and your own tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience OR an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology
• Ability to travel to offsite training facilities as needed
• Must have own tools
• Keen attention to detail, high initiative, ability to work independently
• Exceptional documentation and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise: Perform diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems per manufacturer specifications
• Documentation and Communication: Clearly communicate findings, repair needs, and timelines with Service Manager, team, and customers
• Technical Development and Customer Focus: Participate in ongoing training and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and department profitability
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety rules and policies while performing work
