Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of equipment, including generators, pumps, HVAC, and other heavy gear. You will work with a safety-focused team in a fast-paced environment and develop skills for a career track in service or operations management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, some trade school or equivalent training desired
• 3 to 5 years of mechanic experience with diesel/heavy equipment or specialty lines equipment strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
• Diagnose and repair equipment in a safe, efficient manner
• Work with a fleet including generators, pumps, HVAC, and related gear
