Qualifications

• Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum.
• Experience in designing, developing, and testing engine components for modular systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to determine root causes and implement solutions.
• Ability to guide design evolution, project planning, detail design, and development testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop design parameters, performance characteristics and specifications for products and components.
• Guide evolution of technical design, project planning, detail design and development testing.
• Participate in supplier selection and capabilities assessment.
• Construct and test prototypes; oversee materials selection, process optimization and reliability testing.
