Job summary

Findlay Auto Group in Las Vegas, NV is seeking experienced journeyman Fleet Technicians to support a high-volume service operation and service a large fleet of client vehicles.

You will diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, communicate with Service Advisors, and perform warranty work to manufacturer specs; diesel knowledge is preferred, and competitive compensation with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• CERTIFICATIONS & at least 3 years of experience at an automotive facility.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Valid in-state driver\'s license and automobile insurance.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components/systems using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor so customers are informed if any additional service is needed and provide an estimate of time.
• Knowledge of vehicles of all makes and models. Bumper to bumper.
• Diesel knowledge preferred.
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
