Job summary

Findlay Chevrolet in Las Vegas, NV, seeks experienced journeyman Technicians to support a high-volume service operation and service a large client base. We offer competitive pay, a 5-day work week, and premium pay for diesel certification.

Join a growing automotive group with strong community roots. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems, test-driving, and communicating with Service Advisors to estimate time and needed work.

Qualifications

Certifications in automotive maintenance and related experience at an automotive facility.
Must be able to diagnose and repair vehicle systems with standard shop equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively with Service Advisors and customers.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs and maintenance of vehicles per repair orders, with efficiency and quality.
Test-drive vehicles and components to verify repairs and diagnose issues.
Diagnose and repair systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
Communicate estimated time and any additional work to the Service Advisor.
Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
