Job summary

CCBC is seeking a part-time adjunct instructor to teach non-credit diesel, automotive, and EV mechanics across campus locations including off-site sites in Catonsville and Dundalk. You will develop curricula, stay current in the field, and participate in college activities alongside students and colleagues.

The role requires prior teaching/training experience in diesel, automotive or EV mechanics; post-secondary experience is preferred, with an associates degree and related work experience.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching/training in diesel, automotive and/or EV mechanics.
• Post-secondary teaching experience preferred; three years of related work experience.
• Associates degree with one year of related work experience; ASE and manufacturer certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop non-credit curricula as directed.
• Attend department meetings and participate in college/community service.
• Be available to students outside of class.
• Teach diesel, automotive and/or EV mechanics non-credit sections.
