Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with dielectric deposition in a semiconductor environment.
  • Strong data analysis & troubleshooting; proficient with JMP and SQL.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee one or more dielectric deposition toolsets.
  • Maintain and improve process control using SPC, APC, and FDC.
  • Investigate and resolve process, defect, and yield issues; perform DOE.
  • Collaborate with equipment and industrial engineers to improve tool availability, throughput, and utilization.
  • Develop plans to reduce cost while maintaining quality.
  • Work on cross-functional teams to address integrated tech and yield issues.
  • Transfer new processes into the fab with integration and process development.
