Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude required.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in a hot foundry environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, remove, and align molds on diecast machines.
• Connect water, hydraulic, air, and electrical lines.
• Perform mold changes, setups, and basic troubleshooting.
• Complete preventive maintenance and keep machines clean.

Skills

Strong mechanical aptitude

Ability to learn technical equipment

Experience with hydraulics/pneumatics/mechanical systems

Diecasting or molding experience
