Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build, refurbish, modify, and sustain dies, punches, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and tooling.
• Interpret drawings and specifications with accuracy.
• Operate manual and CNC machines to produce and finish components.
• Inspect parts with precision measurement tools to ensure tolerances.
• Diagnose tooling problems and implement corrective actions.
• Support clad metal processes and perform changeovers and adjustments.
• Maintain tooling histories and repair documentation.
