Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of four (4) years related technical, hands-on experience in engineering and building dies.
• Ability to read and write in English and perform mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Company’s mission, vision and values in daily activities.
• Stabilize the process by determining root cause and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage new tool projects from source to PPAP.
• Determine priorities and implement cost reduction projects; document as required.
• Interface with customers, contractors and die build shops as appropriate.
• Assist with the quoting process and support plant activities toward customer awards and quality registration.
