Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a Diesetter to support production by performing mold, manifold, and spacer block changes across presses in the PIP department.

The role reports to the Technical Lead and focuses on keeping the PIP department efficient through equipment setup, part quality assurance, and accurate recordkeeping. Requires OSHA-compliant tool use and strong manual capability.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to read and write English; good communication skills.
• Experience with production machinery is preferred.
• Must be able to use handheld power tools in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and performing needed plate changes, and guts.
• Starting up presses and supplying good parts for first piece verification acceptance.
• Troubleshooting processes to maintain part quality.
• Keep molds, manifolds, spacers organized when not in use.
• Filling out required paperwork.
• Operate tools including gantry, wrench, blow-torch, scale, winch, forklift, pre-heater.
• Assist Technical Lead as needed.
• Initiate work orders as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records with Lot Traceability.
