Job summary

Midway Products Group, INC is seeking a First Shift Die/Press Operator to set up and change dies in heavy-duty presses, transport dies between storage, repair, and presses, and perform minor maintenance as needed. Qualifications

• 0-5 Years of experience in a MFG /Press environment
• High School / GED (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Sets up and changes dies in heavy duty power presses according to changes in production schedule.
• Transport dies to and from die storage, die repair, and individual presses.
• Maintain the responsibilities and essential functions of a press operator when needed.
• Install, position, and align dies in press bed.
• Adjust the stroke of ram and punches to specified depth and stroke.
• Utilizing standard parameters adheres to and verifies part acceptance standards and verifies part quality.
• Start the machine to produce sample parts for inspection.
• Performs small maintenance repairs as needed. - Adheres to all safety regulations.
