Job summary

Dauch Corporation, a premier Driveline and Metal Forming supplier, seeks a Die Repair technician for 2nd/3rd shift in Twinsburg, Ohio. You will repair, rebuild, and maintain dies, reading blueprints to replace segments, cores, and parts, and perform welding as needed.

A sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and a starting rate up to $37/hour plus shift premium are offered, with medical, dental, vision, 401k, and vacation benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical education or relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and dimensions.

Responsibilities

• Repair, rebuild, and maintain casting and trim dies to original specs.
• Use blueprints to build and replace segments, cores, details, and parts.
• Polish or grind die cavity surfaces.
• Weld as needed.
• Troubleshoot production tooling problems.
• Operate appropriate tools and equipment to complete assigned work.
