Expect 2nd or 3rd shift with overtime potential and a starting pay of $18/hour, moving to $19/hour after shift transition. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and attendance.

Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read measurements and follow lengths.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to cut and bend metal to specified lengths.
• Load metal spools (~35 lb) onto machines.
• Inspect and package finished products.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain good attendance.
• Perform repetitive tasks while standing for most of the shift.
• Use hand tools to build dies.
