Job summary

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school or two to four years experience with high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a loud environment.

Responsibilities

• Lifts using hoist or crane.
• Cleans dies using pressure washer.
• Polishes, grinds, and finishes core insert.
• Welds and brazes.
• Measures die parts with a metric scale.
• Performs layout according to design specifications.
• Disassembles and assembles die parts.
• Operates milling machines, lathes, and surface grinders.
• Completes daily repair content reports and PM check sheet.
