Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Santa Rosa, CA, seeks a Die Fab Supervisor to lead shift operations in the Die Fab areas. You will manage run plans, staffing, and WIP to meet production goals while coaching operators and coordinating with engineering and maintenance teams.

As the on-shift leadership presence, you will drive throughput improvements, enforce procedures, and ensure safety and quality in a cleanroom environment. This role requires a 12-hour shift and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3+ years of manufacturing experience with leadership.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and prioritization in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear written and verbal communication to collaborate across operators, supervisors, engineering, and maintenance.
• Ability to follow procedures, quality standards, and cleanroom/ESD requirements.
• Active floor presence including standing, walking, and hands-on support on a 12-hour shift.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and weekend days.
• Must be a US Person.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to meet output and delivery targets; manage run plans, staffing, priorities, and WIP.
• Monitor equipment availability, coordinate recovery with engineering and maintenance, escalate issues.
• Maintain lot status, production tracking, and MES/PRISM documentation.
• Supervise, coach, and develop operators; conduct reviews and manage training and attendance.
• Ensure procedures, controls, and cleanroom/ESD requirements are followed; support audits.
• Lead shift-start and shift-end alignment and passdowns; act as escalation point.
• Maintain active floor presence and collaborate across functions to support needs.
• Foster accountability and lean/continuous improvement to improve workflow and throughput.
