Job summary

Keysight Technologies Inc. in Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking a Die Fab Supervisor to lead shift operations in the Die Fab, manage staffing, priorities, and WIP to meet output and delivery goals while upholding safety and quality in semiconductor manufacturing.

As the on-shift leadership, you will coach operators, coordinate equipment and process recovery with engineering and maintenance, and drive continuous improvement using lean methods to strengthen throughput and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3+ years of manufacturing experience with leadership or supervisory responsibility.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and work-prioritization skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with operators, supervisors, engineering, trainers, and maintenance personnel.
• Ability to uphold documented procedures, strict quality standards, and cleanroom and ESD requirements.
• Ability to maintain an active floor presence, including standing, walking, and hands-on support.
• Availability to work 12-hour shift and required weekend day.
• Must be a US Person: U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of the U.S. or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations across assigned Die Fab areas to meet output and delivery targets; manage run plans, staffing, priorities, and WIP flow to address bottlenecks.
• Monitor equipment availability, coordinate recovery with engineering and maintenance, and escalates production or quality issues.
• Maintain accurate lot status, production tracking, and documentation through consistent use of MES/PRISM systems.
• Supervise, coach, and develop operators; conduct check-ins and performance reviews, and manage training, certification, attendance, and shift coverage.
• Ensure trained personnel follow documented procedures, process controls, and cleanroom, ESD, and safety requirements, support audits and corrective actions.
• Lead shift-start and shift-end alignment and clear passdowns; serve as the escalation point for production, quality, and safety concerns.
• Maintain an active floor presence and collaborate with engineering, maintenance, trainers, and other supervisors to support manufacturing needs.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and inclusion; apply lean and continuous improvement principles to improve workflow, throughput, and process consistency.
