Job summary

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a global medical device manufacturer to source and hire a Production Manager. This DIRECT HIRE leadership role will oversee die-cutting manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and lead production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related fields.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including die-cutting, converting, or similar operations.
• Strong knowledge of die-cutting processes, tooling, converting equipment, and high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, OEE, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, production planning, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead die-cutting and converting operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Manage production teams, staffing, scheduling, and equipment utilization.
• Oversee tooling, machine setups, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, waste reduction, and productivity improvements.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to improve operational performance.
• Promote employee development, accountability, and a strong safety culture.
