IML Labels Chicago Inc. is seeking a Die-Cutting Operator to run Heidelberg Die Cutting Equipment at our Aurora, IL plant.

You will operate the press, perform quality control while it runs, make adjustments, and follow a preventative maintenance schedule in collaboration with supervision. Requirements include a high school diploma, basic knowledge of the printing industry, good mechanical skills, and 1–2 years of preferred die-cutting experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Basic knowledge of the printing industry and good mechanical skills.
• 1-2 years of preferred experience as a Die-Cutting Operator.
• Overtime is required based on production needs (with advanced notice).
• Great team spirit is a must.

• Packaging the labels and identifying the finished boxes.
• Other related tasks will be assigned by the supervisor.

We are seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals to join our team at our plant in Aurora, IL.

Job Description

In charge of running Heidelberg Die Cutting Equipment. Operate, perform quality control while it's running, make necessary adjustments, perform maintenance and minor mechanical adjustments or repairs on the equipment, follow an established preventative maintenance schedule, close communication with supervisor if there's damage to the cutting dies, reading, understanding, and following-up of production files, participate in any other related tasks as needed.
