Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a production associate in Ohio to set up and operate corrugated box machinery, load inks, and verify color accuracy. You will mount dies, adjust stackers, and monitor orders while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

This role involves routine equipment cleaning, data entry, and adherence to company policies. Training is provided, with a solid benefits package and ongoing opportunities in a family-owned, multi-plant environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 0-1 year in a production environment, preferably in a corrugated box plant.
• Must have computer knowledge.
• Able to communicate with team members.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machinery by pushing buttons, turning valves, pulling safety cord, lifting die boards, using power tools & inspecting.
• Fill machine with correct ink and verify color match.
• Mount cutting die & adjust stacker during order.
• Input orders and monitor order throughout order.
• Wash machinery and equipment.
• Conduct systemic quality checks by measuring boards and checking calibration to work orders.
• Input information into computer and complete paperwork.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.
• Responsible for product safety and quality.
• Additional duties may be assigned by management.
