Job summary

Koozie Group in Sleepy Eye, MN is hiring a SE Flexcut / Folder - Gluer Line Operator 3. The role requires operating and setting up die cut/folder-gluer equipment, ensuring quality and safety, and performing routine maintenance. The position offers a 6a-2p or 2p-10p rotating schedule and a pay rate of $20.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include running the line, adjusting equipment to meet specs, documenting production, and collaborating with the team to maintain quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 18+; pre-employment screenings.
• Ability to read, write, and do basic math.
• Mechanical skills preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sets up machine and operates it per Work Instructions and operator manual.
• Monitors die cut and gluing quality; makes adjustments to meet specs.
• Performs routine maintenance and documents it.
• Follows safety, quality, and ISO 9001/14001, 6S Lean standards.
• Lifts up to 45 lbs; team lifts at higher weights.
• Reports daily production and scrap; meets make-ready/run times.
• Maintains effective communication with supervisor and team.
