Job summary

Koozie Group in Sleepy Eye, MN, is seeking a Die cut / Folder - Gluer Line Operator 3. This full-time manual labor role sets up, adjusts, and operates equipment to package products for shipment. We offer a climate-controlled environment, benefits, and a startup wage of $20.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include maintaining quality, performing routine maintenance, and documenting production daily. Shifts rotate (6a-2p / 2p-10p) with overtime as needed. Must be at least 18 with a HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Mechanical skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Die cut / Folder - Gluer equipment per Work Instructions and manual.
• Monitor and adjust quality to meet specs; perform adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and document activities.
• Report daily production and scrap; track make-ready times.
