Koozie Group in Sleepy Eye, MN is seeking a Die Cut / Folder-Gluer Operator to set up, adjust, and run equipment for packaging production. You will ensure quality, perform routine maintenance, and follow safety and lean protocols in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass pre-employment screenings.
• Organizational and communication skills essential.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Mechanical skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up machine and operate per Work Instructions and manuals.
• Monitor die cut and gluing quality; adjust as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and document activities.
• Follow Safety/Quality protocols and ISO 9001; 14001; Lean processes.
• Lift up to 45 lb; team lifts heavier.
• Record daily production and scrap accurately.
• Meet make-ready and run-time targets.
• Communicate concerns to Supervisor or Facilitator.
• Work rotating shifts and overtime as required.
• Support teamwork and process improvements.
