Job summary

Erdrich Automotive USA in Georgia is seeking a Die Changeover Technician to perform die and tooling changeovers on production equipment, ensuring setups meet quality and production goals. You will prep machines, read blueprints and setup sheets, collaborate with maintenance, quality, and leadership, and drive downtime reductions through efficient changeovers.

This is a hands-on, skilled role requiring 3+ years in manufacturing and experience with measuring tools and hoists; overtime and rotating

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing, stamping, metal forming, tooling, maintenance, or setup.
• Confidence executing independent machine and die changeovers.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment.
• Solid mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Familiarity with SAP or manufacturing/production systems (plus).
