Orion Castings is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, rebuild, and repair equipment across the facility to support continuous production. The role requires expertise in electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics and pneumatics, and PLCs, with hands-on experience in dies and tooling.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting Fanuc/CNC controls, moving dies with a forklift, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring safety training compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Die Cast or Plastic Ejection Molding experience a plus.
• Must read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and electrical systems.
• Willingness to learn and adapt, with strong safety awareness.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance, rebuild and repair on all equipment to support production.
• Troubleshoot CNC/robotics and electrical control circuits.
• Move dies and components safely using a forklift.
• Conduct PMs and lubrication checks on down equipment.
• Repair furnaces, transformers, pumps, and compressors as needed.
• Follow OSHA rules and Orion Castings policies.
