Job summary

Arnold Magnetic Technologies in Greenville, OH is seeking a Die Cast Operator on a full-time basis. The role involves creating and adjusting molds for die casting, setting up equipment, and conducting mold-related inspections.

You will perform production runs, ensure quality controls, and support machinists during the molding process. Training on the 1st shift for 4–6 weeks is required.

Responsibilities

• Constructs, adapts, and modifies molds for die cast tooling, metal stamping, and other molding operations.
• Uses measuring and gauging tools to perform inspections before, during, and after molding operations.
• Sets up equipment based on mold requirements, materials, and tolerances.
• Executes production runs; performs quality control testing before mold enters production cycle.
• Makes sure materials and products knowledge is up-to-date.
• Assists machinists and millwrights with injection molding process and equipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Must train on 1st shift for 4-6 weeks
