Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to learn PCN process and implement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Measure parts for quality.
• Track and analyze reject and scrap trends.
• Participate in daily reject meetings (RIP/PDCA/Gemba).
• Develop and implement quality improvement plans (PDCA).
• Disposition and confirmation of product with quality concerns (testing, analyzing, reporting).
• Support production management with new model year activity (CAPs, FMEA, training).
• Understand customer requirements.
