Astemo Ltd. is seeking a Quality Control TA to join the Fuel Pipe Assembly Department on 2nd shift in Greenfield, IN. The role focuses on executing testing procedures, analyzing data, and implementing QA measures to meet regulatory standards and customer expectations.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential to uphold product quality and reliability. The position requires hands-on quality testing, trend analysis, and collaboration with production to drive continuous improvement

Formación

• Experience in quality testing and data analysis.
• Familiarity with PDCA/CAPA processes.
• Ability to read and interpret customer requirements.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Measure parts for quality.
• Track and analyze reject and scrap trends.
• Participate in daily reject meetings (RIP/PDCA/Gemba).
• Develop and implement quality improvements and CM's (PDCA).
• Disposition and confirmation of product with quality-related concerns (testing and reporting).
• Support production with new model year activity (FMEA, CAPA, training).
• Create and maintain quality-related standards and work instructions.

• Develops / Implements CM's for Quality Concerns (PDCA)
• Disposition and Confirmation of Product with Quality Related Concerns (Testing, Analyzing and reporting)
• Develop & Maintain Quality Improvement Plan (organize, update, present)
• Develop, Implement, Work Instructions and Quality Related Standards
• Support Production Management with New Model Year Activity (Cpk study, CAP's, FMEA, training, Reject flow, Trials)
