Job summary

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a leading aluminum manufacturer, seeks Die Cast Machine Operators for all shifts. The role involves operating die cast and trim press equipment to produce aluminum parts while meeting safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, documenting production details, inspecting parts, and ensuring a safe, efficient work area. Prior factory experience and ability to lift up to 55 lbs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 55 lbs throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate die cast and trim press machinery
• Apply lubricants and remove castings from equipment
• Operate cell equipment including robots, hoists, furnaces, sprayers, and related machinery
• Perform basic machine maintenance and minor repairs
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Inspect finished parts using gauges and visual inspections
• Maintain safe and organized work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and production work instructions

Position Overview:
The Die Cast Machine Operator is responsible for operating die cast and trim press equipment to produce high-quality aluminum parts while meeting safety, quality, and production standards.

• Operate die cast and trim press machinery
• Apply lubricants and remove castings from equipment
• Operate cell equipment including robots, hoists, furnaces, sprayers, and related machinery
• Perform basic machine maintenance and minor repairs
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Inspect finished parts using gauges and visual inspections
• Maintain safe and organized work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and production work instructions
