Job summary

Peoplelink, LLC in Hamilton, Indiana is seeking a 2nd shift Machine Operator to join a family‑oriented team. You will operate plastic extrusion and injection molding equipment, read gauges, and ensure quality while maintaining a safe, efficient workflow.

Schedule is 5pm–3am, four 10‑hour days, with training on the 1st shift. You will inspect parts, measure and cut to length, stack for shipment, and work with the team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• The ability to read a tape measure is necessary.
• Ability to read calipers.
• Assemble components correctly, accurately, safely, and efficiently to job requirements.
• Basic Math skills.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team to produce all types of small and large jobs, including extruded tubing and fabrications.
• Visually inspect parts and chart information.
• Measure and cut parts to length.
• Stack parts and prep them for shipment.

Job Summary

• $17/hour. Plus $1.50/hour shift premium
• 2nd Shift (5pm – 3am)
• Work 4 days a week, 10 hours days!
• Must train on 1st shift
• Working as a team to produce all types of small and large jobs, including everything from extruded tubing to tile grout channels and fabrications.
• Visually inspecting parts and charting the information.
• Measuring and cutting parts to length
• Stacking parts- prepping them for shipment
• The ability to read a tape measure is necessary.
• Ability to read calipers.Ability to assemble components correctly, accurately, safely, and efficiently to job requirements.
• Basic Math skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.- team lift as needed.
