Job summary

Fall River Die Cast Company is seeking a Die Cast Machine Operator to join a dynamic manufacturing team. You will operate a high pressure die casting machine to produce brass and aluminum castings, inspect quality, and assist with setup and tooling changes in a fast-paced shop floor environment.

We value safety, regular attendance, and a positive attitude. The role requires standing, lifting, and exposure to varying temperatures, with overtime opportunities as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience in a factory environment is preferred.
• Attention to quality and following work instructions is important.
• Ability to stand, lift, and work in varying temperatures.
• Willingness to learn and follow supervisor directions.

Responsibilities

• Operate the die casting machine and inspect for defects as castings are produced.
• Apply die release and maintain dies.
• Clean and maintain dies by wire wheeling and polishing.
• Assist with machine set-ups and tooling changes.
• Tend furnaces and handle materials as needed.
