• Design automated workflows to reduce manual processes and improve productivity.
• Support engineers, analysts, and operations teams by resolving escalations, providing technical guidance, training, and process improvements.
• Develop a strong understanding of the operations ecosystem, technology platforms, and data models to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance manufacturing efficiency and operational performance.
