Delan Associates, Inc is seeking a manufacturing process engineer to lead continuous improvement efforts in diaper production. You will design, optimize, and implement process improvements, develop automation and scalable solutions, and drive data-driven decisions.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in high-speed consumer goods manufacturing, strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Design, optimize, and implement manufacturing and operational process improvements.
Develop and implement technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and automation.
Create and prioritize technical operations roadmaps to enhance existing processes and enable new operational capabilities.
Lead cross-functional teams in problem definition, technical design, and solution implementation.
Analyze data to support decision-making and operational strategy.
Investigate operational risks, issues, errors, and escalations to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.
Design automated workflows to reduce manual processes and improve productivity.
Support engineers, analysts, and operations teams by resolving escalations, providing technical guidance, training, and process improvements.
Develop a strong understanding of the operations ecosystem, technology platforms, and data models to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance manufacturing efficiency and operational performance.
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering or process development.
Experience within diaper manufacturing or similar high-speed consumer goods manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience implementing process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
